Richard O. Milster

Rich is a litigator, and knows the disruptive, emotional, and often lengthy aspects that come with the litigation process. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, family law and probate litigation.

“I believe my clients deserve a no-nonsense, no-surprises approach. They need to know not only the likelihood of attaining their desired outcome, but also the potential costs, and time, in getting there.”

Rich helps his clients get through the emotional aspects usually present in litigation, while also pressing forward to get their cases resolved as efficiently as possible. This requires quick evaluation of the merits of pursuing or defending a lawsuit combined with thorough trial preparation and vigorous and aggressive representation at trial.

Rich has broad general practice experience in the state courts; as such, he is often called upon to evaluate other cases in litigation.
